Living room with mat / sofa bed, sofa bed with seating for 2 adults (140 cm), TV / DVD with Boxer's basics and a nice old tiled stove. One bedroom with seating for two adults (140 cm) Fully equipped work kitchen incl. dishwasher. Toilet with WC, shower and
washer / dryer. The favorite place will be the glazed outdoor space (15 sqm) with the fireplace and the view down to the sea. The cottage has been carefully restored in 2001 with continuous wooden floors and painted old mirrored doors. Garden furniture and
barbecue. An excellent accommodation with everything you need right outside the cottage node.
Guest room with 1 bunk bed (120 cm) with seating for 2 adults all 4 children and
one single bed (90 cm) Pets allowed but not smoking indoors. 25 m below the plot you will find Norje Havsbad (long 600 m long, child-friendly sandy beach with playground). The cottage is next to a 60 km limited road, traffic can be disturbing, noise shelf
exists.
It is 100 m to the kiosk (ice cream and sweets) café, full rights restaurant, 3 golf courses within 15 km. Norje Havsbad is located in the middle of the towns of
Sölvesborg and Karlshamn (15 km). Rented weekly all year round. Even shorter / longer during low season. Deposit: 500 SEK. Paid on arrival and refunded in cash by key host on departure day when the cottage has been inspected and the cleaning is approved.
Electricity will be added with 2 kr / kw during the period Nov-April NB! Changeover day Sunday.

The cottage is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 on the day
of departure. The cottage is rented during Sweden Rock week.
